New To Tag

The most fun you'll have this year!!

"New to Tag" is our coaching programme for beginners and people who simply want to improve their skills. We try to achieve a relaxed atmosphere to reduce pressure and competitiveness, and encourage the development of basic skills and understanding. The sessions are short, sharp and instructive and will provide you with the tools to develop skills in future leagues.

New to Tag is also a social occasion, perfect for those looking to meet new people or branch out into new circles. It also suits corporate groups looking to develop practical teamwork skills without the additional competitive aspect of league games.

New to Tag is the first point on our pathway into tag - we try to develop teams for future leagues based off the group of players you meet at the beginner sessions.

You should try New to Tag if you:

  • Have little to no team sport background
  • Are unfamiliar with the laws of tag rugby
  • Want to try out the game to see if it's for you
  • Want to get a head-start on the basics before you start playing competitively
  • Have played and want to improve your skills

Our SPRING sessions kick off in March -  take advantage of those longer evenings!
