Follow Ireland at the 2026 ITF Tag World Cup

It's finally (nearly) here!
On Wednesday 7th October, 9 squads representing Ireland will travel to Australia to represent Ireland in the 2026 ITF Tag World Cup in Coffs Harbour, Australia. A total of 235 teams will take part from over 30 countries, making it the biggest Tag World Cup of all time.
The Irish squads are supported by SMBC Aviation Capital. Their support is irreplaceabe in promoting our sport and helping the players meet the otherwise mostly self-funded costs of the journey.
What squads are travelling?
Ireland is sending 9 squads:
Men's Open, 30s, 40s, 50s & 60s
Women's Open & 27s
Mixed Open & Senior
How does it work?
Each of the teams will play 6 pool games on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th October. Teams in the top 8 of their division (or 4 in some cases) qualify for knockout rounds on Sunday 18th. Gold, silver, and bronze medals are in everyone's sights.
With over 500,000 registered adults in Oztag, it's a huge deal to play a World Cup in Australia. New Zealand's Men's 35s team includes Tim Nani-Williams, a former Samoan international rugby union player who played at the 2015 & 2019 Rugby World Cups. Australia's Women's 27s side features NWRL State of Origin star Maddie Studdon.
How can I follow the teams?
The best way to follow the tournament is via the TWC26 app, which has fixtures, rosters, tables, live stream links and news. You can download it on App Store & Google Play from the official TWC26 website.
Can I watch the games online?
You can watch streams of Field 1 on the Australian Oztag YouTube page.
