Beach Tag Returns on 12th September

ITRA is delighted to announce the return of BEACH TAG in 2026!

Our tag event will take place on Tullan Strand in Bundoran on Saturday 12th September, following the success of the 2025 tournament. We're running a massive tournament on the Saturday, with a dedicated after-party and a serious weekend of tag and surfing.

This year's event has a 1000 EUR prize fund for teams and individuals that impress - stay tuned for further details.

The tournament is open to teams of all levels, and will run like Pig N' Porter - i.e. we will grade your team based on who signs up. There are no quotas, but you can expect to play against teams of a similar standard. You can have a maximum of 14 players on a team, and the games will be played in accordance with mixed social laws.

Your team fee covers the registration & participation costs for your team, plus entry to the official after-party.

You can register your team here for a 10 euro deposit. Places are available on a first-come basis and are expected to sell out.

To facilitate teams coming to the event we have again booked out the Aparthotel in the middle of Bundoran. The Aparthotel is made up of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments can take groups of up to 6 or 8 people.

For larger groups 2 apartments can be booked beside each other. The Aparthotel is very central and also has a leisure centre (free for guests) and an onsite Bar. The Aparthotel is only open to those who have registered to play at the event. Last year it booked out quickly so if interested let us know ASAP.

We also have booked out the iconic Bridge Bar B@B a short walk away. The Bridge bar is popular for couples with Sea view rooms above the excellent Bridge Bar and restaurant.
