Our ever-popular Super Saturday blitz is back for its 5th year and will be held on Saturday 16th March in Pembroke Cricket Club in Sandymount.
The blitz is held on the last day of the Men's Six Nations Championship, and features 6 teams representing Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales, France, and Italy.
Players sign up individually and get drafted into one of the 6 teams by the team captain, the names of whom will be announced shortly.
The tag starts early and finishes well in time for the first rugby game of the three held on that day (Wales v Italy at 2.15pm). Players can then get home and showered in time to attend the Ireland v Scotland game in the Aviva Stadium, or stick around the clubhouse bar with their teammates and enjoy the day's action.
Each team gets a guaranteed 5 games, one after the other in a format mirroring the competition schedule.
